Goodbye to Covered

Robert Goodin announced last week that his fantastic blog COVERED has come to an end.

Real quick - if it weren't for Covered I would never have met my friends Damon Gentry and Aaron Conley, and in turn would never have done my brief run of Slobber Knocker strips for their site, Invade My Privacy. Slobber Knocker was so much fun that it led directly into Calamity so I have to thank Robert for accepting my first submission years ago. The pieces I did for that site helped get me into my current groove.

Shameless plug - the last piece I did for Covered in still available if anyone is interested. I have some Covered ideas I never got around to that may see the light of day at some point but this one was the last and definitely one of my personal favorites...

The WARLORDS OF WOR are coming!

Man Or Monster is prepping a new line of action figures - WARLORDS OF WOR!

There's artwork on the header cards and I was the one who did it! Check it all out here...

These figures are going to to be super rad for a variety of reasons with the main one being that they have MAGNETIC PARTS!!!!!

My camera has a phone in it

Things that have helped and things that are being made. Camera phone.

Coffee table. This is where coffee books are placed. That book is signed by Michael Allred. I told him not to sign my Wally Wood book. Why?

These are Vonnegut novels. All signed by Michael Allred.

Here are all my Madman comics, signed by Wally Wood.

Twomorrows magazines and Comics Journals. All mint condition and ready for CGC grading.

Apparently they made a POPEYE movie. I've never seen it.

VHS tapes? In 2008?

I used to have a lot more but I sold them in order to get my magazines CGC graded. Wish me luck!

These are some of my Something Weird movies. Too naughty for my tastes but I guess there are some pervert men who watch skin flicks.

Drawings? Of comic book characters? Is this for some book or something?

I'll never tell.
